Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
What happens if I hit my submission limit?
You'll receive an email when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, new submissions will be queued until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.
What counts as a submission?
A submission is one completed client onboarding form. Drafts and in-progress forms don't count toward your limit until the client clicks submit.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime and your workspace will remain accessible through the end of the billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing comes with a 20% discount. Contact us at hello@mysitelaunch.com to set up annual billing on Nova or Supernova.
What file types can clients upload?
Clients can upload any file type including images, PDFs, documents, videos, and design files. Individual files can be up to 100 MB on all plans.
